Fraud: We check all orders very carefully and do not ship orders until payment is cleared or authorized. Generally, we require all orders are shipped to the same address as that associated with the credit card. We also impose additional methods to prevent fraud with the latest technology available associated with online shopping. In addition, when you place an order your IP address, date, and time is collected. An IP address can be tracked to the computer used to place the order.

SSL ensures that communication, personal information is not tampered with during transmission. SSL encrypts or scrambles any information sent from you making it virtually impossible to tamper with. The information is unreadable should anyone try to intercept it.

Returns/Refunds:  If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may exchange or return the item(s) within 15 days for the shipping date.  Item(s) must be unworn with all tags attached and in original condition.  Please contact customerservice@abellaboutique.com for a return authorization form and number.  The exchange/return must be postmarked within the 15 day period and must include return authorization form and number.  Additional shipping charges apply to exchanged items.    Items sold in the Abella Outlet was items that have been worn.  These item(s) may be returned within 24 hours from the date of delivery.  Please contact customerservice@abellaboutique.com for a return authorization form. 
 

Sales Tax:  A sales tax of 6.25% will be charged to all orders shipped within Texas.

Our shipping charges are as follows:

Up to $20.00 = $5.95
$20.01 to $50.00 = $6.95
$50.01 to $75.00 = $7.95
$75.01 to $99.00 = $8.95
$99.01 to $125.00 = $9.95
$125.01 to $150.00 = $10.95
$150.01 to $200.00 = $11.95
$200.01 and up = FREE SHIPPING
Rates apply to orders being sent to the 48 Contiguous United States only. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, APO & FPO addresses or U.S.Territories may be subject to additional fees. Should there be any additional charges due to oversized or unusually heavy orders, we will notify you by email immediately. Expedited shipping methods are available. In stock items will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours excluding holiday and Sundays.  Shipment time for custom orders varies between 2 to 6 weeks depending on the items ordered. 

Promotional Codes and/or Coupons:  Coupons and promotional codes may not be used on sales items or in conjunction with other promotions, coupons, discounts or specials.  If you have any questions please contact customerservice@abellaboutique.com.

Special Offers:  Abella Boutique will occasionally offer special promotional discounts and offers.  To take advantage of special offers, discount codes must be entered during the check-out process.  If the code is not entered, the discount will not be applied. Discounts cannot be applied after the order is placed.
