This Playhouse kit is roughly 4’x 6’ x 6’ 

STANDARD VICTORIAN PLAYHOUSE KIT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING: 
2X3 wood wall and truss framing
High quality siding and trim pre-fastened onto wall panels (insures panels are square)
Panelized walls sections (not just precut) saves time in assembly
Gingerbread trim pre-fastened to panels
All other parts are precut and ready to assemble
2 working 12”X8” windows with safety glass and screens
Shutters and flowerboxes
One painted heart plexi-glass window (white)
Child’s dutch door (35” High x 16” Wide)
Adult dutch door on side (47” High x 24” Wide)
Hardware needed to assemble (screws, latches, handles, nails)
Outside corner trim (white aluminum)
All trim and siding is pre-primed
